What is the AI-First Scorecard?
It is a 16-question quiz that scores your company from 0 to 100 across five pillars: data, technology, people, process and strategy. It names your weakest pillar and gives you a 90-day plan.
How is the score calculated?
Each answer scores 0 to 3. Each pillar is scaled to 20 points, and the five pillars add up to 100. The weakest pillar is the one with the lowest share of its possible points.
Who writes the 90-day plan?
Fixed rules in code do. Each pillar has a set of actions for three score bands, and your answers pick which ones you get. Month 1 fixes your weakest pillar, month 2 builds your second weakest, and month 3 ships one use case.
Do I have to give an email?
No. You see your score and plan on the page without it. If you add an email, we send you the plan and your score.
How is this different from the AI readiness assessment?
The AI readiness assessment is a longer enterprise questionnaire. This scorecard is shorter, built for owners and operators, and ends in a month-by-month plan.
