Ada's no-code resolution-flow builder is a nicer UI wrapped around what's fundamentally a RAG-plus-decision-tree agent — retrieve the relevant policy, decide the branch, execute the action via API. For most support volumes, a Claude Code agent wired to your knowledge base and order system replaces this directly and lets you actually see the reasoning instead of a black-box flow builder.
