The best Zoho consultants in 2026 are the firms that match your Zoho apps, your region and how much automation you need on top of the CRM. A Zoho CRM setup for a 10-person sales team is a few weeks of work. A Zoho One rollout that ties CRM, Books, Desk and Creator together runs for months, and the consultant you pick decides whether those apps share clean data or drift apart.
This guide compares 9 Zoho consultants and Zoho partners, with published prices where they exist, the Zoho apps each firm covers, the regions they serve, and a framework to pick one.
Disclosure: AY Automate wrote this guide and ranks itself first. We put ourselves at #1 because we set up Zoho and build the automation and AI layer on top of it in the same team. We are not a Zoho partner, so if you want a Premium Zoho partner, a Zoho Books specialist or a local team in Canada, the UK or Germany, one of the other firms below fits better, and we say which.
Best Zoho consultants: a brief overview
- AY Automate: Best overall for automation-first teams: Zoho CRM setup plus n8n workflows, enrichment, lead routing and AI agents that read and write to Zoho.
- Zenatta: Best for US mid-market Zoho One rollouts: a Zoho Premium partner that combines CRM, Creator apps and Zoho Books.
- Customerization: Best for Canadian SMBs that want transparent hourly billing at a published $180 per hour.

Zoho projects or implementations each firm reports on its own site

1. AY Automate, best overall Zoho consultant for automation-first teams
AY Automate is an AI automation agency that sets up Zoho CRM and then builds the systems around it: lead capture, enrichment, routing, deduplication, outbound sequences and AI agents that update records through the Zoho API. Many Zoho consultants focus on configuration and training. We start there and keep going into the workflows that make the CRM worth paying for.
We run the same kind of stack for our own pipeline (n8n, Instantly, HeyReach, Attio and Unipile), so the outbound and CRM plumbing we build for clients is plumbing we operate every week. The team works in English, French and Arabic, which helps Zoho buyers in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Key features
- Zoho CRM setup and data model, scoped on a free call before any build
- Zoho CRM automation and implementation with n8n, webhooks and the Zoho API
- Weekly CRM hygiene automation: dedupe, stalled-deal flags, lead routing and a Slack digest
- Enrichment and outbound connected to Zoho (Clay, Instantly, HeyReach)
- AI agents for pre-call research and lead scoring, with every CRM write logged
- Delivery in English, French and Arabic
Best for
- Sales teams on Zoho CRM that want leads enriched, routed and followed up without manual copying
- Companies running outbound tools next to Zoho that need one clean record per account
- Teams in Europe and MENA that want a bilingual or trilingual partner
Pricing
- Custom quote after a discovery call, scoped per workflow
- An embedded engineer who owns your CRM and GTM backlog starts from $60,000 per year, with a 90-day replacement guarantee
Pros
- Setup and the automation layer come from one team, so nobody hands off a half-finished CRM
- Real outbound experience: we run Instantly, HeyReach and n8n on our own pipeline
- Works across CRMs, which helps if you might move off Zoho or run it beside another tool
Cons
- Not a Zoho partner, so no partner-tier perks or Zoho licence reselling. Pick Zenatta or Customerization if that matters
- Not the right fit for Zoho Books, payroll or accounting work. Certum is the specialist there
If you want to see what we would automate first, the Zoho consultant page lists the setups we build and how a project runs.

2. Zenatta, best for US mid-market Zoho One rollouts
Zenatta is one of the most decorated Zoho firms in the Americas. Its site lists Zoho Premium partner status (2022 to 2025), Zoho Partner of the Year Americas in 2024 and 2025, and Global Partner of the Year 2025. The team of 38 specialists works from Las Vegas, Calgary and Belo Horizonte, and the firm reports 1,000+ implementations since 2012.
The work covers implementation, Zoho Creator app development, back-office finance on Zoho Books, team training and Zenatta's own Zoho Marketplace extensions. That breadth suits companies moving several departments onto Zoho One at once.

Key features
- Zoho One rollouts across CRM, Creator, Books, Analytics, Desk, Projects and Campaigns
- Custom Creator apps and Marketplace extensions
- Finance and bookkeeping on Zoho Books
- Team training as part of each rollout
Best for
- US and Canadian mid-market companies consolidating on Zoho One
- Teams that want a high-tier, award-winning partner
Pricing

- Zenatta's FAQ says most mid-market implementations run $15,000 to $60,000
Pros
- Highest partner tier and repeated Zoho awards
- One firm for CRM, custom apps and finance
Cons
- The typical $15K floor rules out very small teams
- Zoho only, so less help if your outbound or data stack sits outside Zoho
3. Customerization, best for Canadian SMBs that want flat hourly pricing
Customerization is a Toronto-based Zoho Premium partner that says it is one of 15 in Canada. It reports 300+ implementations for small and mid-sized businesses and keeps all delivery in-house, with consultants who have 7 to 20 years of experience.
Its pricing is the most transparent in this list: $180 per hour on both its pay-as-you-go and project-based plans, and pay-as-you-go has no minimum and is billed every two weeks. You know the rate before the first call.

Key features
- Zoho CRM quick-start and advanced integrated setups
- Zoho One, Creator and Deluge development
- Zoho Flow integrations and staff training
- Offices in Concord, Ontario and New York
Best for
- Canadian SMBs that want a local Premium partner
- Buyers who prefer hourly billing over fixed packages
Pricing
- $180 per hour, pay-as-you-go or project-based
- No minimum on pay-as-you-go
Pros
- Published rate and no minimum on pay-as-you-go
- Premium tier with a fully in-house team
Cons
- No fixed-price packages, so total cost depends on how well scope is managed
- No named Zoho awards on the site
4. A2Z Cloud, best for UK businesses and the public sector
A2Z Cloud is a UK firm that decided to specialise in Zoho in 2012 and now reports 800+ projects. It lists itself as both a Zoho Premium partner and a Zoho Advanced Solutions Provider, and it offers Zoho services through the UK government's G-Cloud framework, which matters for public sector buyers.
Its scope is wider than most: CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation, SalesIQ, People, Recruit, Books, Desk, Analytics, Creator and One. It also sells a managed support plan called A2Z Guardian.

Key features
- Full-suite Zoho work including HR (People, Recruit) and marketing apps
- G-Cloud listing for public sector procurement
- A2Z Guardian managed support after go-live
- Tech South West outstanding organisation award (2023) and two 2022 tech awards
Best for
- UK companies and public bodies buying through G-Cloud
- Teams rolling out Zoho marketing automation or HR apps
Pricing
- Custom quote
Pros
- Broad app coverage beyond CRM
- Ongoing managed support offer
Cons

- UK focus, so time zones are harder for US teams
5. Codafish, best for EU and German-speaking companies
Codafish was founded in 2018 and works from Berlin, Seestermühe, Madrid and Lajares. The team holds 22 Zoho certifications and reports 250+ projects. Zoho named it Emerging Partner of the Year in 2024 and 2025, and it moved from Advanced to Premium partner in 2025.
Codafish leans technical: integrations, migrations and pro-code work across CRM, Books, Desk, Inventory, Projects, Flow, Analytics and Creator. Its 2025 Pro Code Developer award fits that profile.

- Projects with heavy integration or migration work
Pricing

Pros

Cons
- Younger firm, Premium only since 2025
- EU-focused, with less coverage for North American time zones
6. Brockbank Consulting, best for a fixed-price design phase
Brockbank Consulting runs every project through its own ZBlitz framework, starting with a fixed-price design package before any development. The firm reports 185+ implementations and 1,488+ power users trained, with a 100% US-based team. It describes itself as a top 1% Zoho partner, though the site does not name a tier.
The pricing page is unusually specific: a design package at $2,499 with an early-commitment bonus (regular price $2,999) over 2 to 3 weeks, then development at $200 per hour, usually 15 to 45 hours over 2 to 6 weeks.

How to choose the best Zoho consultant
Which Zoho consultant fits your situation
AY Automate
Zenatta or A2Z Cloud
Customerization or Brockbank
Certum Solutions
Codafish
Encaptechno
1) Which Zoho apps are actually in scope?
A Zoho CRM project and a Zoho One project are different jobs. Write down every app you plan to use in the next 12 months before you talk to anyone.
- If it is CRM only, most firms here can do it. Customerization and Brockbank publish prices for that kind of scope
- If it is Zoho One across sales, finance and support, Zenatta or A2Z Cloud have the broadest coverage
- If it is mostly Books and inventory, start with Certum Solutions
2) Do you need a Zoho partner tier, or Zoho plus everything around it?
Zoho runs three partner tiers: Authorized, Advanced and Premium. Premium requires a value score above 600 out of 1,000, based on revenue growth, customer growth, retention, satisfaction and certifications, per Zoho's partner tier page. A high tier tells you the firm sells and implements a lot of Zoho.
It does not tell you whether the firm can connect Zoho to Clay, Instantly, HeyReach or your product database. If your leads come from outbound and your CRM is the system of record, pick a consultant who builds that layer. AY Automate does both the CRM and the automated CRM hygiene workflow on top.
3) Region and language
Time zones and language decide how fast questions get answered during a rollout.
- North America: Zenatta, Customerization, Brockbank, Certum or ZBrains
- UK and public sector: A2Z Cloud
- Germany and Spain: Codafish
- English, French and Arabic: AY Automate
- Offshore delivery from India: Encaptechno
4) Total cost, not hourly rate
Compare the full project, including data migration, training and the first three months of changes. A $180 per hour firm that finishes in 40 hours costs less than a cheaper firm that needs 120. Ask every shortlisted consultant for a written scope with hours per phase, then run a two-week pilot on one pipeline before you migrate everything.
If you are comparing Zoho with other CRMs first, our guide to the best CRM consultants covers HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics firms too.
If you want Zoho CRM set up with the routing, enrichment and outbound automation already working, AY Automate builds both in one project. See how we work as a Zoho CRM consultant, or book a free discovery call to map your first workflow.
FAQ
What does a Zoho consultant do?
A Zoho consultant plans, configures and rolls out Zoho apps for your business. That usually covers the CRM data model, user roles, workflow rules, data migration from your old system, integrations with other tools, and training. Larger firms also build custom Zoho Creator apps and provide support after launch.
How much does a Zoho consultant cost?
Published agency rates in this list sit at $180 per hour (Customerization) and $200 per hour (Brockbank). Zenatta says most mid-market Zoho implementations run $15,000 to $60,000. Small fixed scopes are cheaper: Certum sets up Zoho Books for $1,800 and Brockbank's design phase costs $2,499 to $2,999.
What is the difference between a Zoho partner and a Zoho consultant?
A Zoho partner is a firm enrolled in Zoho's partner program and ranked Authorized, Advanced or Premium. A Zoho consultant is anyone who implements Zoho, partner or not. Partner tier reflects sales volume and certifications, so check it on Zoho's own partner directory, and judge delivery quality on references and scope.
How long does a Zoho CRM implementation take?
Zenatta estimates 4 to 8 weeks for a focused Zoho CRM project and 3 to 6 months for a multi-app Zoho One rollout. Brockbank quotes 2 to 3 weeks of design followed by 2 to 6 weeks of development. Data migration and the number of integrations are the two things that stretch timelines most.
Do I need a Zoho partner to use Zoho One?
No. Zoho One can be set up in-house, and many small teams do. A consultant earns their fee when you connect several Zoho apps, migrate years of data, or need custom Creator apps, because those are the places where self-built setups break.
Can a Zoho consultant automate my sales pipeline?
Most can set up Zoho's built-in workflow rules and Blueprints. Fewer will connect Zoho to outside tools like enrichment providers, cold email platforms or LinkedIn outreach, or build AI agents that update records. If that is your goal, choose a firm that does CRM implementation services and automation in the same project.
Which Zoho consultant is best for small businesses?
For small businesses that want a known price, Customerization (published hourly rate) and Brockbank (fixed design package) are the easiest to budget. If the small business mainly needs bookkeeping on Zoho Books, Certum is a better fit. If it needs leads routed and followed up automatically, AY Automate covers that layer.
