GTM engineering agency
We wire buying signals, enrichment, sending tools and your CRM into one pipeline, then operate it with you. A job change or a pricing page visit becomes a verified contact, a message that references what actually happened, and a reply logged against the right deal. You approve the messaging and take the meetings.

Quick answer
AY Automate is a GTM engineering agency that builds and runs signal-based outbound systems for B2B companies: signal detection, Clay enrichment and verification, Instantly email and HeyReach LinkedIn sequences, and CRM logging with deduplication and suppression. Typical timeline: first signal-based sequence live in about 3 to 5 weeks, mostly set by domain warm-up; then run and tuned weekly.

What it is
A GTM engineering agency builds the systems behind outbound instead of renting you a list. The work is six jobs run in sequence: find the people, spot who is buying right now, identify who is on your site, reach out, log and route every reply, and feed content back into new signals. No single tool does all six, and most of the real engineering is the deduplication, routing and suppression logic between them.
Signal-based selling replaces guessing who might have a problem with noticing who just showed it. Someone is promoted into a budget-holding role, their company posts three new sales roles, or they read your pricing page and leave. A signal tool notices, an enrichment table finds and verifies the work email and checks the person is not already in an open deal, and the sending tool uses the signal as the reason for the message.
We run this on the same tools we use for our own pipeline: Instantly for email, HeyReach for LinkedIn, Attio as the CRM, n8n and Claude Code to stitch it together. If your team already runs HubSpot or Salesforce, we log into those instead.
Each tool does one job in the pipeline. These pages cover what we build on each one.

Fit check
B2B teams with a proven offer and no outbound system
Deals close when the right people hear about you. The bottleneck is finding them at the right moment and reaching them without a full SDR team.
Teams already sending cold email that stopped working
Volume went up and replies went down. We rebuild around signals, verified data and sending limits that protect your domains.
Founders who want the system run, not a hire to manage
You want outbound working this quarter and would rather approve messages than recruit and onboard an engineer.
How it works
One signal and one channel first, measured, then the next. Every step writes to a log so you can see why a contact was picked and what was sent.
Turn who buys into filters, and pick the two or three signals that matter for your market out of the dozens available.
DeliverableICP filters and a ranked signal list
Separate sending domains, mailbox warm-up and LinkedIn sender accounts set up so your main domain is never at risk.
DeliverableWarmed sending setup with daily limits
Signals feed an enrichment table that finds and verifies the work email and checks the CRM for open deals and opt-outs before anyone is contacted.
DeliverableLive pipeline with suppression checks
Messages open with the signal itself. You approve the templates and the first batches before volume goes up.
DeliverableApproved sequences on Instantly and HeyReach
Replies pause the sequence and land in your CRM. Each week we cut the signals that do not produce replies and add the next one.
DeliverableWeekly report and an updated signal list
Typical timeline
First signal-based sequence live in about 3 to 5 weeks, mostly set by domain warm-up; then run and tuned weekly

Results
Achieved results only. Clients that have not agreed to be named are described instead.
One engineer sat inside the live product and the outbound tooling at once. Visitor signals now flow straight into outbound targeting with no manual work, and the engineer became a standing part of the product team.
Agents do pre-call research, update the CRM and score leads automatically. Research time per prospect dropped and the sales team's conversion rate went up.
A full-time embedded engineer was placed inside the team and has run GTM and internal automation work day to day since.
Pricing
We do not sell fixed packages sight unseen. The number depends on how many systems the work touches, and the audit call tells you that number before you commit to anything.
Low four figures
One focused workflow live in one to two weeks, with error handling, retries and monitoring built in from day one.
Scoped after an audit call
AI steps, monitoring and integrations across several systems, typically four to eight weeks. No template price, because scope drives the cost.
From $60,000/year
A dedicated engineer building and maintaining the work inside your team, instead of a scoped project.

FAQ
A GTM (go-to-market) agency helps a company find, reach and convert buyers. A GTM engineering agency does that by building systems: signal detection, enrichment, sending infrastructure and CRM logic, instead of sending lists by hand.
Signal-based selling means contacting people because something observable just happened, such as a promotion into a buying role, new hiring on a team, engagement with a relevant post or a visit to your pricing page. The signal decides who to contact and becomes the reason for the message.
Here we build and run the system for you as a service. Hiring a GTM engineer puts one engineer inside your team who owns the backlog, from $60,000/year. Teams that want outbound working this quarter usually start with us running it. Teams that want the capability in-house hire.
Neither, exactly. We build and run the outbound system on Instantly, HeyReach and Clay, and connect it to your CRM. You approve the messaging and take the calls. We do not sell meeting quotas.
Yes, through HeyReach, with conservative daily limits per sender account. LinkedIn restricts automation in its terms, so there is always some account risk. We keep volumes low, use the signal as the reason to connect, and tell you the trade-off before you choose it.
A single focused workflow is low four figures. A full signal-based outbound system is scoped after an audit call, because the number of signals, channels and tools drives the cost. Tool subscriptions such as Instantly, HeyReach and Clay are paid on your own accounts.
